You do need an end date btw (also nice papy its pretty tempting)
It can either be ending on a certain date, at specific time, or just a certain amount of time after the first bid

 

Thanks for heads up, so if somebody offers and the end date happens am I forced to sell it too them, or am I allowed to cancel it if I change my mind and it didn't get a reasonable offer?

 

If you go through with the auction and it ends, yes you have to sell it - auction is basically you could end up selling low, but you can also get more than its worth if people are desperate so its a risk, but you have to sell at the end of it.
Same as if you have a buyout - you would have to sell it at that if someone bought out even if others were willing to offer higher (dont worry though you dont need a buyout)
