World Option To Change Quest Book To Old Patch

So i started playing again and in my opinion this new quest book sucks I have to click twice to get cords up..
How I play is I do quest when I'm that level so its pointless for me anyway because I don't need to browse level 70 quests at level 20...

So I would love the thought of there being an option to change the quest book so it can be in the new form or the old form. This would save me and some other players a load of time for how I and other players use the quest book.

no thanks, new book is definitely better than the old one. even if you need to check coords, it DOES only take one click (just read the lore for the coordinates)

 

I don't understand how you are doing it... And how you can think that the new quest book sucks...

I love it, but if you don't and its easy to code to change it back to normal when you want it... why not I guess

 

You can just track the quest by right clicking it, which will display the objective and it's coordinates whenever you hold the quest book. The old system will most likely never return, since it caused over a quarter of the server's lag. Every time someone opened their quest book, the server had to fetch the NBT data of all the book's pages for all the versions Wynn is compatible with, causing severe lag on the server

 

Better than having to click like 10 times every time you wanted to find the coords for a specific quest that wasn’t at the very front. And you don’t have to click twice. Just hovering your mouse over the book that represents the quest gives the coords, or just right click the quest to track it so you don’t have to open the book at all.

Then don’t? The ones you can’t do are literally marked with a big red X.

You can set your quest book to track a specific quest, and the coords will pop up from time to time in your hotbar, as well as your compass will follow it.

 

Mate, with the old quest book you had to click 20 times.
