Muhahahaha... I have finally created it... a tierstack Collapse build that has a good hpr!

Comments: It has a pretty good hpr considering how much of a pain it is to get any hp sustain on a tierstack Collapse. The damage is on the low end and so is its ehp for a tierstack build as well but I think it's still passable. It also requires the use of a crafted ring which does have it's own drawbacks. You can replace Horizon with Second Wind if you wanted to in order to get a higher ehp up to 86.3k without a warscream, to get rid of the skill point tome requirement, and to increase the dps to 19.8k but the hpr drops to 731.

Comments: A slightly modified version of the other build above so you don't have to get crafted items. The damage and ehp of this one is more passable the the previous one as well. It still requires the use of a couple skill point tomes and the hpr isn't quite as good but it is still passable. You can reduce the need of the number of tomes down to 1 if you replace Facile with Prism but the hpr, ehp, and dps will take a slight dent. Just beware of mobs with thunder damage on this build.

Funny thing that I just realized is that at about the same time I was making these builds, a few other people in the Class Build section of the Wynncraft Discord were also experimenting with Boreal+Collapse+Scarlet Veil so I'm obviously not the first to experiment around with it.

Uhh, this may need to be redone imo... The mana costs and damage I'd say are good but the biggest glaring flaw with it is that you added OKR but put no stealing on it. You're definitely going to want stealing on a build like this since its ehp is pretty terrible as well.

something like this 5 stolen pearl and 1 lunar charm, 3 star if you want like 900 dura 1 star ingredients if you don tcare about dura

Comments: Very tome heavy but hey, tanky cata still works. Nice spins for no crafteds, ele defenses aren't shot by demon tide existing, and chain lightning (usually) is enough to carry the sustain for cata. Haven't tested it yet so tho so might be some glaring small brain error.

Edit: Double rainbow tomes + guild is not necessary whups, minimum is +9 extra sp so any two sp tomes and a guild would work. Does bring spin damage down to 10.9k though.

Edit: tested the build with both a 3/4 and 4/4 dbreak. 7ms seems to be enough but pretty much needs perfect play. 8 is better but honestly the difference wasn’t that big. In my experience things die so fast that mana isn’t really a big problem, especially if you full kill streak.
