Here's my Lament build, 17 mixed mr, 1 cost 15k Meteor https://wynndata.tk/s/73s5ur

 

Unequippable build, wynndata is finnicky with -sp items and just by simple calculation you would need to have 140 int for this build to be viable, idk if it needs more but just looking at Resu it makes you into 90int (65int req + resu gives 25int), and then Fanta with +50 int but it's a weapon so it doesn't count towards armor sp reqs.

The abso build is also not OP, you can get 13k auras (unboosted) without resu, which makes using resu in this build very pointless.

For fun...spell Apoc just is not viable. It's good for the memes I guess, but not an OP build.

Get a -8 or -7 atk speed tenuto and you hit super slow atk speed.
EDIT: Just noticed it looks very similar to iTechnically's Fatal Slayer build, it's your choice if you wanna add it or not

 

I put it there as the last Abso+Resu build had 2 cost 15k, which in my opinion makes my 1 cost 14k one better. You might also be overlooking the fact that Resu has only negative spell damage, and if you use with other boots, of course it will have better damage, but maybe not as much mr and spell cost.

Although I did do it as a joke, I also didn't like that there were only melee Apoc options, which makes me, someone who loves Apoc and spell, be uncomfortable with the melee playstyle
