Because it shouldn't be 100x18% for the damage value which is what it seems like you're saying

So if it was 500% it would be 100x6.00 then?

 

How about this

Wallbreaker+Cancer= about -60% Melee damage

Add some neutral and earth damage to that bitch and boom! Mythic material

 

Then that means that wynn math is wrong.. if they're going to use percentages they might as well clarify and put an 'x'
