One Way To (possibly) Improve Guilds

How about guild espionage? There could be a new rank- spy- who's a member of the guild but has little to no power in the guild- and can join another guild. That other guild that the spy joins can now access two voice channels- one for his previous guild, another for his new guild. The spy can rise in ranking and can even control land (individuals might have to control land in order for the spy to be useful).

When war happens, that spy can betray the second guild and become a "special" spy for the original guild, giving that guild land immediately. Of course, this is hard to do, but it might be a good plot twist in the rankings. Another thing that could happen is that spies could make it easier for guilds to attack by lowering the levels of provinces and even selling mobs - of course, this ability should be given to higher guild levels to make it seem more balanced.

 

...One move against your guild and you would get kicked immediately.

Guilds should be a source of fun, not a source of drama.

 

This sounds very abusive and can cause a lot of flame wars.
