Probably not a land-bound province, but an intergalactic hegemony. They have built starships, and that's where the Orange Wybel's boss altar is located. Personally, I'd love to see that sort of thing.

 

Ok, ok. I think that allmost everyone calls Dern a province because it not should be so confusing, but the corkians think: Hey! that dark place ruled by some overgrown bodypart Should not be a province if we still not are a province. It just causes trouble for Wynn and Gavel. We does atleast try to help.
