My mage build
Luto Aquarum's 3rd spell cost % is powerful that it's good for going against Runebound cost penalty

It's easier to make stronger ETFA than this but hey I can't use Pande or Manastorm well in that way

i have a bunch of builds but generally teleport spam as riftwalker
not too off meta but not using meteor is a little goofy
