    I'm looking to buy the cheapest possible Aquarius that has 7/4s mana regen and at least +15% spell damage. Melee does not matter much.

    Leave your offers below with prices so I know which one is the best deal.
    All offers without a price will be ignored with massive amounts of sadness and anger.
