Non-functional secret

    The secret about the Detlas ruins does not work... After deactivating the pipes, the fountain won't come off... what to do?

    That secret discovery is currently broken right now, most likely because of the changes made to Detlas with the current festival going on. I don't think there's anything you can do currently besides waiting for the festival to end or hoping that some CT eventually fixes it.
