I got on today to play and there where no texture blocks everywhere. I just fazed through them and they weren't normal blocks. This happened after I downloaded a client side minimap mod but I don't see how this would cause it. I am using Forge 1.10.2

That's your problem. Use Forge on 1.8.9 and you should be good to go.

Okay. Does it matter if I use forge 1.8.9 on minecraft 1.10.2. does that not mess anything up?

Well, Wynncraft is more optimized for 1.8.9, so you'd be better off using forge 1.8.9.

MC 1.8.9 + Forge for 1.8.9 is a very stable combination, and it's what we recommend if you need Forge. I know of several players who use 1.9+ and have said that they don't have any problems, however, they also almost never ride a horse or use a boat. Also, the resource pack is optimized for 1.8.9, and there are some variations between 1.8.X resource packs and 1.9+ resource packs. So, take Glitch496's advice. He's quite correct.
