Dude, When I was level 50 i lost all of my stuff coz my stats reset to 0 temp so i died, and im level 70 now with tonns of legendarys so:
please. get. the. fudge. over. it.

 

Stop harassing him. Yes, he lost his items, and yes he's angry about it, but this needless hostility towards him isn't going to help one bit.

depending on the items, some people from the community would be willing to bring you back up, even if just by a small amount through some armor and weapons around your level, or currency (em, eb, or le)
all equipment excluding Bob's Mythics, actual Mythics (possible but really extremely difficult), and quest-exclusive gear like the Cosmic armor can be reobtained, though not with the exact identifications you had

 

I don't get one thing.
You knew you have full inventory, yet you still have resetted your skill points.
Now you brag about thing you did having full knowledge about it effects. Strange ways of thinking.

I am sorry if any of the comments offended you, but what most people are trying to say is that there are reasons for not having refunds.

I am also sorry for you losing your items, and if you actually wish to quit, so be it, but we only wished to help you.

 

so, if i were to somehow lose my gaia and warchief by a glitch i couldn't get them back?. even if you asked everyone for proof that i had them?

 

I lost my unidentified mythic dagger, I had proof, but I didn't get it back :I

Resetting your skill points with a full inventory and complaining is like throwing some items out of your inventory to finish a quest, picking up those items before the quest finishes so your inventory is full again, and then complaining about not receiving the quest rewards. It's just common sense, and you could have easily avoided this problem.

 

That's what the no-refund policy means.

Just work your way back up from low level items, it's not that hard. Sorry about the money you lost, I'm sure you'll earn it back eventually :) good luck
