what are you talking about it got buffed and just only the hp got nerfed

 

It’s still good because it can do 9-11k spins at very good rate because of the intelligence and mana regen Nirvana gives. The sustained damage along with concentration is excellent in both PvE and PvP. Think of it as like a spring but for assassin. It’s still extremely strong despite the “nerfs”.

It didn't get nerfed one time, let alone two times... It's damage (with powders) went from 350 - 550 to 400 - 500 which isn't a nerf - that's a buff. They tightened the damage to make the damage-output less 'random', but it's not a nerf whatsoever (50-50=0) and it made the DPS higher. The health got nerfed to balance the mythic, along with the melee damage %; if it didn't have these, it would be overpowered.

By the way, here's a tip to the seller of this Nirvana: I sold a Nirvana for 14.5 stacks recently, which should hopefully give you an insight to how much you can get. With those IDs, I can assume that you can make 10 - 11.5 stacks, considering the IDs are great and it has no re-rolls.
