    Ok. You have 2 weapons, 1 with 10-100DMGall neutral, and one with 10-100DMG all water. Can we agree they have the same damage? Good. Next up, we put 5 water powders on each. This gives you 100+X water damage on one, and 100+X damage on the other. X is the raw value uptained from the powders, but the conversion adds no damage itself

    Int for the winnnn, also weathered isn't really higher on "dps" it is on dph and i suppose melee dps, but the actual topic of dps is a confusing one considering spell cost, and mana regen, so forth, needs to come into count.
    but i chose int because raw spell dmg. which is great for assassin.
