this is my current lvl 70 assassin build
i want to build into lvl 80 without spending/loot running too much so without changing up too much of the gear if necessary
also any suggestions/improvements to the current build?

basically a health boost. You can use more hp gear if you still die from mobs

 

whats the reasonable amount of health i should aim for at lvl 80 as an assassin?
also is prioritizing health over defense worth it? do you not take more damage from the element if it goes negative?

 

Umm 7000 if you are melee, effects are often marginal, yes

Heavy melee assasin, you can switch pyroclast to bygones for more Mana steal and less lifesteal, crazy strong because even at level 95 you can get 120k quakes and pretty much kill every boss within 3 to 4 hits, just make sure you vanish before every hit.

https://wynndata.tk/s/6qsjtz this is a level 90 build (it's Judas don't shout at me please 15k meteors at level 90 is nice even if you don't have any Mana or heal), and I'd suggest you wait until that level atleast before investing in a build because the items at level 85 are kinda meh.

Btw in the build above put Intel to 94 for 2 Mana meteors thanks
