Ender - Suggestion for al level 74 assasin spell spammer build which is quite tanky if you got a bit of money to spend (11mr, 2 Mana spins, okay damage with good defence and agility), just didn't see any amazingly sustainable Assasin builds in 71-80 in the frontpage

Very very nice sustain, spin damage a bit bad but it’s assassin and you can reliably spell spam so it’s not a problem thanks a lot

This is more heavy melee than hybrid cause it’s hard to make hybrid with neutral damage
Here is a regular hybrid that fits less of your requirements

Also you need intelligence in a build for hybrid builds cause bombs will cost a lot, so uranium aegis actually sucks in a hybrid build
Dark shroud is actually pretty fine but not uranium aegis

 

I used air powder t3 only to get a bit of air dmg, I still want to have neutral dmg. And ik, this is more melee than hybrid, I guess I will just use mana pots during boss fights.

 

Why would you want neutral anyway if you are an archer

t4 thunders help a lot in hybrid because of chain lightning

Prob if you don’t want such horrible thunder defence you might want to replace chestplate with insulated platemail
