Using a max agility stat potion, which according to the wiki, adds 35 stat points and more walk speed, would give you 270 stat points, which is enough for the build.

Interestingly, you could use Dark Shroud instead of Pacifist and you would be able to use Slayer. However, it gives the same walk speed, so it's mostly based on preference and how rich you are

Like I said Preference. Most people with the money to buy slayer could prolly afford potions, and the +health would be pretty appealing
