    My interpretations of this:
    • New Lootrun Camps (since the lootrun guy was looked at, it could also just be there to signify who the guy was talking about): CotL will probs get one, others that might get one are the Gylia Plains/Cinfras County (its the lowest level one if it is released tho so it might not be as good or high of a priority), the Realm of Light (while it is a bit iffy since the commoners of Gavel don't know anything about it, if there's one in the SE and the player canonically establishes that, then so can they in RoL), and the Kander & Light Forests (probably the lowest priority as it would bleed into lv 60 content which is a bit too early-levelled for lootruns, which are meant to be lv 75+ content iirc.
    • New Silverbull Syndicate: This is obviously the main thing the trailer's trying to imply. The colors of the Silverbull woman also seem to match up with the colors that this update is seemingly themed around: black and scarlet. Since it's also seemingly RoW-related, this is likely tying into the teasers about Detlas's citizens having to evacuate.
      EDIT: I just realized what looked like black clothing is actually closer to armor.
