    No. As you already have VIP+ it will take the current price for HERO and subtract the current VIP+ price. Therefore you will have to pay $40 (if there is no discount).

    So the prices are back to 2013/2014 standard for Europeans, seeing as I payed a bit over 18 Euro for VIP back then and now the exchange rates are crap but the prices are lowered. Thanks salted :)
