Do you believe that anything that you see on your computer's monitor is anything more than photons? ("Um?") Even an image of a planet, is nothing more than photons. ("That's true.") There is nothing solid here. You cannot physically interact with any of it, in reality. Ergo, recycling the sign requires that it be only the changing of the photon pattern emitted by the screen. ("Yea.") It does, indeed, make perfect sense. ("Now I understand.") Perhaps you would be better off inquiring as to what I was saying? , rather than disparaging my comment, due only to your lack of experience? ("OK.") [EDIT: The strikeout is purely mine. In retrospect, it feels more angry, than funny, because there is no way to convey the voice that I used when I originally wrote it.]

LOL! It's ok. It's what happens when we get really wrapped up in something that we are doing. It's easy to do, especially when we enjoy something so much. It's part of the reason that I hate parkour so much; I hate to fall, and I hate heights, so parkour makes me nervous as h3ll, even though it's just photons! Also, if the builders do their job correctly, the immersion is so strong, that we can feel as if it is real. Thanks to @Grian and the builders, that's just exactly what happens.

Also, and every bit just as important, I apologize for the feeling conveyed by my last comment to your "Photons??" inquiry, above, where I began with "Perhaps you". Rereading it, now, it feels to me as being more chastising than humorous, which was not my intent. So, if it felt, or feels, as if it conveys any anger, I apologize. I was trying to be funny, and I believe that my last sentence, in my first response to you, failed miserably at being funny. That is why I have struck it out; I don't like it, now, however, I'm not going to pretend that I didn't write it. Without the right voice, it's mean, and it's my fault, and if anyone wants to tell me off for it, so be it.
