So I'm presenting this quest idea to you guys, to see if I get any supporters :)
I don't really know if it's good or not, but I guess you people will have to decide.

    Quest title: Unlucky
    Difficulty: Hard
    Minimal level requirement: 55

The quest starts at X-1736 Z-5159

    Quest NPC name: Infelix

    Stage 1: Talk to Infelix
    Dialogue:

    Infelix: Oh, adventurer, help me!

Infelix: For the past few months, my luck has been really bad!

Infelix: What? Luck isn't a real thing? Puh-lease, don't be so narrow minded!

Infelix: I swear! It's real! Ever since this new guy moved near my place at Llevigar it's all been going wrong!

Infelix: At first it was relatively small. You know, tripping over the carpet, accidentally ordering vegetarian pizza instead of pepperoni pizza, smashing my magic fire sword into my friend's nose... that sort of stuff.

Infelix: But then, things started to get worse. Everywhere I went the bad luck followed me. That's why I decided to isolate myself from civilization; whenever I had to go out to buy food, a meteor would crash inside the restaurant or something.

Infelix: But back to the point, can you help me or not?

Infelix: Really? Thanks! I think the first thing you should do is check my old home if there are any clues... I've written down the coordinates on your quest book. Good luck!

As you walk across the road you hear Infelix shout behind you: Watch out for the magic landmines that appeared out of nowhere!

At this point, a magic landmine will detonate underneath the player's feet, doing some damage.

Infelix: I told you to watch out!

Stage 2: Head for Infelix's old home.
The coordinates of his house are X -2000 Z-4340, there will be a wooden shack which looks like it has not been used in a while: the garden is overgrown, the inside of the house is dirty, level 1 Giant Rats will spawn inside the house.

    Giant Rat statistics:
    Level: 1
    Damage: 3
    Health: 10
    Elemental defense/weakness/damage: none/none/none
    Spell: none
    Type: Normal mob
    Mob Type: Silverfish
    Regen: 1 HP/10 seconds

The player will walk inside the house, where they will encounter a level 50 Thief

Thief: Hey! Your not supposed to be here!

    Thief statistics:
    Level: 50
    Damage: 150-200
    Health: 5100
    Elemental defense/weakness/damage: none/none/thunder
    Spell: Level 1 Vanish
    Type: Miniboss
    Mob Type: Skeleton
    Regen: 400HP/10 seconds

When the Thief is killed, it will drop a letter, which when moused over will say: Bring a sample of the subject's blood to X-1801 Z-5049

Stage 3: Tell Infelix about what you found

    Infelix: Did you find anything?

Infelix: A letter? Let me see!

As Infelix takes the letter it suddenly bursts in flames. He quickly takes the piece of paper and dunks it in a pail of water as if he has done it a thousand times before.

Infelix: Gah... everything I hold now bursts into flame! Well... that was that one time I was holding a piece of celery and lightning stuck my home... but that's not the point! Luckily this paper is still readable...

Infelix: My blood? What would someone do with my blood? Since I don't know you'll have to go to these coordinates and find out, adventurer!

Stage 4: Go to the coordinates
There will be a cave at the coordinates, and at the end of the cave in a room packed with bookshelves, skulls, an enchanting table and a few more bits and bobs, is a Warlock.

    Warlock: Who's there!? Show yourself!

Warlock: What? A human?! Most peculiar...

Warlock: What are you talking about? I didn't tell anyone to bring blood into my cave...

Warlock: Oh, I see. I happen to know a spell that might cure your friend, but I need you to fetch something for me. Just enough for me to make the spell, and a little extra for my own purposes.

Warlock: Get me three [Herb of Hellebore] the place where you harvest them should be pretty near outside...

Warlock: Oh, and watch out for the demon pixies!

Stage 5: Find 3 [Herb of Hellebore] for the Warlock

Roughly 100 blocks from the entrance of the Warlock's cave, will be a place where Herb of Hellebore spawn. Level 40 Demon Pixies will guard the herbs.

    Mob type: EXP orb
    Type: normal mob
    Regen: 100/10 seconds

Stage 6: Hand over the Herb of Hellebore

    Warlock: You've returned! Perfect timing!

Warlock: Give me the herbs, and let me plop them in my potion...

The Warlock takes one of the there Herbs of Hellebore you have been asked to collect, and he throws it in a cauldron filled with blood red liquid. The liquid turns black and starts to smoke.

Warlock: YES! It is done! Haha, I lied! I was the one who cursed your friend! Now, with the Herb of Hellebore you gave me, I can summon A Greater Demon!

Warlock: O' Nifrex Sacanta Lomenux Fereni Ablissia!

At this point, A mob called Homeni, Lord of the Abyss will appear

    Level: 60
    Attack: 400-450
    Health: 15000
    Elemental defense/weakness/attack: Fire /Water/ Fire
    Spell: Meteor lvl 2
    Spell: Vanish lvl 1
    Spell: Bash lvl 2
    Type: Boss
    Regen: 800/10 seconds

    Stage 7: Defeat the demon.

Warlock: I can't believe it! You beat him! I guess I'll just take my revenge by hexing you!

The Warlock starts chanting, but before he can finish his spell, you clamp your hands around his throat at demand the cure to Infelix's unluckiness.

Warlock: Fine, fine I'll fork over the cure!

Stage 8: Give Infelix the cure

    Infelix: You sure this'll work?

Infelix chugs down the magical cure

Infelix: I feel a bit better... but now, for the test!

Infelix picks up a piece of paper, nothing happens.

Infelix: YES! I'm cured! Thank you a thousand times, adventurer!

    All right. First:
[1/1] The One-eyed Guy: Proper dialogue.

Second, not only do you need proper item layout, it needs a nerf, so I nerfed it myself:
    Charm of Luck
    (T2 Multielemental Ring)

    Lv. Min: 56
    Quest Req: Wheel of Fortune

    +3 Water Defense
    +3 Air Defense
    +3 Fire Defense
    +3 Thunder Defense
    +3 Earth Defense
    +10% Loot Bonus
    +10% XP Bonus
    +2 Dexterity
    +2 Agility

    [0/2] Slots
    Rare Item

Third, proper mob stats. Every mob regains a certain amount of health every ten seconds- It's how the devs prevent a level 30 from killing a Dead Miner. You need to include this stat, it's called Regen.

Fourth, 2k health is ridiculously low, even for a miniboss. Give it 4-5k health.

Other than the trivial things that pretty much everyone overlooks, it's a pretty good quest overall. But maybe change the name because it has almost nothing to do with the quest itself.

You know in Latin, infelix means unlucky right (at least most of the time)
Great name choice, because less people study it nowadays

    +1 for Latin
