because there melee items and the boots are going to be used allot so to get people to stop using them the sp req will prboably increased by allot, or the sp buffs will be nerfed when it origanly looked like it was meant to give allot of sp but guess it wasnt meant to be that good. its sad too because they all look awesome and I was waiting to make a thunder earth build for a long time

basicly all rainbow and melee items get nerfed, every +tier attack item got nerfed and morph stardust and hive all got nerfed too

edit:wait theres negative mana regen thats like impossible to get rid of this is not as bad as I originally thought
