Should there be an ender chest added to the small towns on the map?

I think there should be an ender chest made available at various small towns throughout the map. It would be easier for players to spend a bit more time around more remote map regions - they can store things they can't use yet or don't want to sell in their bank. These small towns do have some vendor NPCs - always a Blacksmith, and often also an Identifier.

The idea would be to complete a quest that unlocks a traveling cart that lore-wise is an armored transport between different cities' banks, but which will also accept deposits to the player's bank account for when it reaches the next city. Technically it would just be a cart build w/ an ender chest on it and the player has full access to their bank.

I know that the conceit of the city hubs is to make sure that players are returning to them periodically. I don't think this would break that mechanic. I think it would create less of a slog to want to engage in areas of the map for a while which aren't far from these small towns but are a hike from the nearest city. If you have things you want to do besides just IDing and selling things you still have to return to a city, but if you just have a bunch of stuff you haven't decided what to do with yet (or don't want to think about what to do with yet) then you can stay in the area a bit longer. I think there are isolated areas of the map that people don't go to b/c they're tedious to get to, the reward is low, and then you have to make the whole trip again once your inventory fills up. Adding an ender chest would make these small towns operate like Lusuco does for ToA. Not a place you center all your playtime loops on, but there so that you don't get annoyed having to make trips to and from a city all the time.

Here is a list of the small towns that exist on the map with at least one vendor NPC:

    Maltic
    Elkurn
    Pigmen's Ravines Town
    Bremminglar
    Ternaves
Corrupted Village? (technically just has a quest but is closest to the Abandoned Mines and all the content there)
Iboju Village (for most of the Jungle, when you die you respawn here and not Troms)
Efilim (no vendors but DOES have several crafting stations)
    Bantisu Air Temple
    Relos
