42% does not appear to be the max, but this is an excellent loot piece that has more than 1000 HP.

The number of stars doesn't mean max ID. I got several max ID pieces that only have one, two, or three stars.

I'm confirming that, as, going by what you said, you were unsure.

Then what do they mean? I heard from somebody else that the number told you what range it was in.

 

It looks like the max will be the same as Jera: 52%. 40 would be base, and since 41>40, there is 1 star (I think). The xp bonus will be much better as well!

 

The stars means max id?
I think its for buffed/changed id

 

As as I was told, the number of stars increased the better the ID. Now, I don't know.

If selv enters the SB, I'll ask.

It can be the max and have 1 star, only if the range of max to min is around a small number like if the max is tier 2 speed and min is tier 1 speed.

Then explain why my one of my 33XP Jester Rings has 3 stars while another one of my 33's has 2 stars? .-.

 

What does it mean when there's stars next to some of the ID's?

Probably because *** is only for identifications with 130% roll. Jester Ring gets 33% XP both with 129% and 130% roll.
