World New Idea For Houses

I have been reading through many threads regarding houses and it seems that the main reason that the community doesn't approve of houses in Wynncraft is that there is simply no space. I am proposing an idea that there shouldn't be any houses on the map - however, in each city, there may be a tavern or a hotel (around the size of a bank) where a player can check-in and be teleported to their own personalised living quarters maybe somewhere off the map. Having your own personalised room means that players will start to settle in different cities and not stay nomadic. A players room can come with different upgrades affecting the size or style. There should also be purchasable furniture from carpenter NPC's.

In fact, exactly the thing that houses are off-map is the lag-inducing problem, I believe.

good idea, though needs fleshing out. Maybe build a mock-up and take screenshots?

Likewise, to do with the problem of space, there is that. However, think of the space outside the map and if how ever many players were in their rooms , that is a lot of chunks loaded, so it could really slow the server down.

 

Or it could be a variant to instanced housing
