Thank you @Sg_Voltage for help with this idea

The main idea of these will be a sort of culmination to mastery of your craft as in a final challenge for the gathering professions and will all require level 100 in that gathering skill while also having a level requirement I will be going over dialogue, enemies, puzzles and stories some intertwining with previous quest lines! Alrighty, here we go! also just so you know this is really long.

    The deep blue:
Level 97 quest, Requires fishing level 100
    Starts in Jofash docks, Gavel
    Starting NPC; Fisherman Hugo

    Stage 1

    Fisherman Hugo:
Oh no... What am i to do?
Fisherman Hugo: Oh hello there Human, I'm sorry I fear i cannot help you right now.
Fisherman Hugo: You see, I'm in a bit of a pickle here.
Fisherman Hugo: I'm a fisherman as you can see, fishing is my life, but all of the fish are missing!
Fisherman Hugo: My nets aren't pulling in any fish, they've all disappeared!
Fisherman Hugo: Can you please go check the bay where I fish to see if anything strange is happening?
Fisherman Hugo: I'll write the location down in your quest book, please won't you help an old man like me?

    Stage 2

Go to the bay where Fisherman Hugo casts his nets and see if you can find anything suspicious.
(The bay is just down the beach from where he lives)

The nets are ripped and there doesn't seem to be any fish in them, you should go back to Fisherman Hugo now.

    Stage 3

On the way back to Fisherman Hugo you hear a loud roar from behind you, maybe you should investigate...

Continue along the beach until a cutscene starts where you see a giant sea monster delve back into the water.

You should tell Fisherman Hugo what you saw.

    Stage 4

Fisherman Hugo: My nets were ripped by a sea monster you say?
Fisherman Hugo: This is not very good indeed.
Fisherman Hugo: The only way to solve this problem will be to kill the beast that has been eating my fish.
Fisherman Hugo: To do this we will need to set a trap for it and lure it in.
Fisherman Hugo: Bring back 25 Starfish meat and 5 High power explosives so we can kill the beast.

    Stage 5

Fish up 25 starfish meat and get 5 High Power explosives and bring them back to Fisherman Hugo

To get the high power explosives you can find a shop near the seaskipper shop that sells them.

    Stage 6

Fisherman Hugo: Ah good, you're back.
Fisherman Hugo: Now we can start wiring the trap.
Fisherman Hugo: Bring the explosives to the dock by my boat.
Fisherman Hugo: Oh wait! i almost forgot that we need a fuse to light the TNT.
Fisherman Hugo: You should be able to find one upstairs.
Fisherman Hugo: Once you have that meet me at the docks.

    Stage 7

Talk to Fisherman Hugo on the docks with a fuse in your inventory.

Fisherman Hugo: Ah you are here, good lets get going.
Fisherman Hugo: The plan is to lure the monster here with the starfish and when its close enough we light the fuse and blow it up see?
Fisherman Hugo: Now lets set up the trap!

You and Fisherman Hugo set up the trap to lure in the monster. (this could be made into a puzzle where you have to connect all of the explosives with the fuse but idk.)

    Stage 8

A cutscene begins where the sea monster swims to the bait and takes a bite.

Fisherman Hugo: NOW! LIGHT THE FUSE!

The explosives go off but the monster looks unscathed!

Kill the sea monster and bring its hide to Fisherman Hugo

    Stage 9

Fisherman Hugo: I cannot thank you enough for what you have done today, you have saved my business.
Fisherman Hugo: Take this as a reward.

    Rewards are as follows:
    1.5 LE

CEO Dalden: There was an egg at the farmers house you say? this isnt good

Shaman: You do not need to say as I already know.
Shaman: that young irl is troubled beyond belief I know.
Shaman: She is being afflicted by a rare virus that will kill her in time if we don't do anything to save her.
Shaman: although, there is a cure for her condition.
Shaman: but it will be incredibly hard to make.
Shaman: The cure will take the form if an amulet that she will have to wear. It will condense the affliction into that amulet so long as she never takes it off.
Shaman: first i need you to get me 21 Voidstone ingots and 1 Voidstone gem to make the necklace, then we will talk.

    Stage 3

Get the voidstone and return to her for further instructions.

Shaman: Good, now that you have the materials you will need to forge the amulet.
Shaman: Go to the Village chief, he will know what to do.

    Stage 9

Forge the amulet in the Ahmsord armory and return to the Shaman with it.

    Stage 10

Shaman: Ah, you are back and not a moment too soon, she has almost succumbed to the ailment.
Shaman: I will give it my blessing and then you must hurry and give it to her.
    Shaman: Go! Go!
    Stage 11
Give the amulet to the Sickened woman
Sickened woman: I feel so much better, thank you for saving my life.

    4 LE
    5.1 Million combat xp
    1.4 Million Mining xp
1 unidentified boots of the void.

And that closes up all of the quests, now you may be wondering what the armor pieces are. They are a set that greatly boost gathering and combat xp with the set bonus giving +25% prof xp and +25% combat xp along with each piece benefiting their respective profession.

Thank you for coming to my ted talk, this took like 2 hours.

TLDR: Added new gathering quests for high lvls

    Wow, okay.
Interesting idea, and I think this fits with the theme of integrating professions into quests, something Salted said that has already been seen in the 1.20 HERO Beta.
As someone who has never done professions, I don't know which levels are harder, but I think that if, let's say, levels 80+ are really hard, then there should be quests for level 80+, or if 100+ are hard, then quests for 100+.
This is because it would lower the grind for the grindier levels.

Lastly, I think that there should be less combat xp and more profession xp.

I'm sorry this is to long, -pls add a tldr, I skimmed over it so here we go:

maybe just gathering? adding both is a bit op, especially combined with a dxp bomb. You could balance it, but I think it should be a good all-around armor instead of just these buffs. also may be cool if they unlock a recipe to make it or smth, as its gathering, and t he skill you do it in would be the ones you unlock (it would only be craftable one and have the req for lv 100)

I think they should just have gathering reqs, not combat as well bc ur kinda forced to have a high combat lv to get the ingredients required and such.

come again? this is a joke don't sue me

    no boss batte? sad f

if theres no fish, how do I get fish? bait should be from a local mob, maybe a mini-boss to make up for the fact that you just throw some dynamite at it

Overall this first one needs a bit more lore, usually more then one person is impacted when all the fish in the lake go bye bye. For example, in theased where they can't get coal, everyone is talking about it in the village. even the lore and stuff talk about it. I think that haveing the story more "ebbeaded" into the world would help a ton.

aight I can't read any more cause I have class i'll review the rest later

I guess maybe each piece adds bonuses for their own type of gathering

I guess the combat reqs are kinda obsolete but these are actual quests and not just mini quests (as you can probably tell)

I guess I could add a boss battle to the first one

There are starfish at the jofash docks, and the reason I dont have mobs drop bait is to add a reason for the gathereing reqs

Yeah I feel like I rushed the first one a bit but give me time and ill edit it.

Exactly, you should have gathering reqs not combat reqs.
I think that you should try and remove everything combat-related as these are gathering quests.

I understand where you are coming from but also understand that these are supposed to be integrated normal quests while also being endgame profession quests other than the mini quests. If i removed all combat and puzzles and the stuff that made it a normal quest it would just be a glorified gathering post

Well yeah now that I think about it these would all add new gathering areas except for the voidstone one where it’s implied you use void valley and the starfish which are already near jofash if I’m not mistaken but the others would need new areas for the quest to take place

It's good, it's just that I would get really annoyed with 4 incompleted quests in the main part of my quest book because Lord knows I'm not doing professions, so that'll be a no from me. At least until professions themselves are fixed for early game.

Don't remove puzzles, and don't remove mobs.
Just don't have a miniboss or tokens or combat reqs or combat rewards (or lower these)

And the mini bosses work with the story of the quests
