Abusing a glitch that allows you to complete multiple dungeons at once is bannable, there's nothing wrong with regular dungeon runs.

Though, it's probably a good idea to just do dungeons alone for now to avoid the glitch as best as possible.

Some person or 2 who knew a glitch got a shitton of people to do a dungeon run to utilize said glitch, and it ended up getting like 8+ people to 100 in one go, they had to ban most of those people for glitch abusing, intentional or unintentional, however, staff are aware a good chunk of them are innocent and are allowing them to appeal, Salted has addressed in a thread concerning this a couple hours ago.

Cruuk answered this, above, quite well. If you abuse a glitch while running a dungeon, you will eventually get caught, and banned. That's all that happened. If you are in a party, and taking part in abusing a glitch, you will get banned. If you are telling other people about a glitch, and spreading it around, you will get banned. It's really simple, Rule 3. Do not abuse bugs, glitches or exploits.

I get that it was an extreme measure, but I feel I should have been unbanned by now.

 

so being caught in something that you dont know is abusing bugs until after the fact is bannable? just being in a party and someone, just 1 person, decides to abuse a bug in it, that makes everyone eligible to be banned? sounds pretty corrupt to me, this is the by far, worst thing to ever come out of wynncraft, i have given time, money, and love to this game, making videos on it, sharing it with my friends, telling people how amazing it is, and i get payed back with this, a ban for something that was caused by 1 single player that wanted to do something bannable, you guys need to review your strategy on how to moderate a game before wynncraft loses all the respect its built up over the years, this is unnacceptable from no matter what stance you look at it from, and i have yet to find 1 person who disagrees with me that isnt a mod, just because the mods have to try to keep their good image on how they are just trying to have justice, banning an entire world is not justice, its abuse

You went from LV 85, when you entered the dungeon, at around 6:49 EST. You knew about one of the glitches, and commented by saying "lets abuse them before the nerf".
The big glitch at 6:59 pushed you to Lv99, right after which, you said, in chat "who wants to do it one more time?" When another player said "LEZ GO AGAIN!!1", you said "NO SHIT SHERLOCK". You then asked, two more times, for other players to join you, in this "epic" glitch.

It is literally true that you got banned for abusing a glitch in a dungeon. Rule 3. Do not abuse bugs, glitches or exploits.

 

Lets not quote me out of context shall we?
I was talking in context of dungeon bombs, which allow for the use of dungeon parties, which are broken. If you're curious, I was one of the first people to report the glitch to mods, etc.

This was in referrence to the fact that I was 90% to 100, and I needed to run the dungeon again. I got lvl 100 quickly after.

@Tobulance , you went from Lv 99 to half -way to Lv 101, by your own words, on your warrior. Then you asked everyone to hold on while you went and got your assassin. Then you said that the only way that we can fix this, is to fix the lag, that "weve cornered them". It wasn't until Salted shouted about thanks for helping us with the ban waves that you got worried. No, we aren't corrupt. We ban players for glitch abuse, among other things, as are specified in the rules.

 

So you abuse of a glitch that you reported to the mods...

I was not referencing the glitch, I was referencing the dungeon as a whole. I needed to do it 2 more times to get 10% frm 90-100. I can see how it can be taken that way though, I forgot that any 'court of law' will twist your words however they want to. :D

orange, you were there when a lot of people were actively stating how one of the glitches work. You knew about it, and you stayed there. You participated in abusing the glitch.

This thread is way out of where it should be. If anyone has something to say about their bans, post it in your ban appeal.

 

also this was what group dungeons looked before the first revamp in mob update
i got my first mage from lvl 30 to 50 from it
