New Crafting NPCs/stations and Mats usage

Hi there, i was looking that certain T1 mats aren't used (mostly gemstones, wood and ingots) so i though about it and the best way to make them usable would be with a new Crafting prof, station or NPC, a new prof wouldn't be ideal since is way too much for players, at least for now, so when i was looking at crafting consumibles i
thought about it and this would be a nice usage for gemstones, wood and ingots.

Enchanting: Basically an alternative of Pots, Scrolls and Food that doesn't use ingredients.

Right now, crafting potions are an alternative of Normal HP pots, restoring hp over time, but there is not an equivalent of Stat pots or Mana pots so i suggest a convertion station that converts crafted pots/scrolls/food that uses certain items ingame

Crafted HP pots + Gemstones ---> Crafted Mana pots cannot stack with normal stat pots

Crafted Food + Ingots + Elemental powder -------> Stat pots equivalent (stat food), cannot stack with normal stat pots

Crafted Scroll + Wood + Wisdom pot -----> Wisdom scroll (new item) cannot stack with wisdom buff

This could be achieved with an NPC (Enchanter) or a station (Enchantation).

What do guys think about it? i believe is a good solution for T1 mats being unusable for a lot of stuff

 

I think maybe it could be instead of a more crafting type usage for t1 mats it could be an upgrade system? Allowing you to boost duration and positive ID effectiveness on consumables/crafteds?

 

We do not need more consumables, and it would be a nightmare to implement another crafting profession.

You should not be able to just craft these potions like this. You have ingredients. You can make stuff /better/ than the current xp, stat, and mana potions. You should interact with the ingredient system.

Why?

And i also wanna point out, You can craft potions without ingredients, HP pots without ingredients exist so i don't see it why it would be bad to be able to craft mana pots, stat pots and scroll version of wisdom pots. (also elemental powders are used for ingredients so this would be the alternative, if you wanna add ingredients, just add powders to the idea since they work like one)
