    Okay, so, after the warlock idea I designed (which a lot of people voted against, because it would be too similar to the mage, which I disagree with but whatever, here's the link to the warlock post: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/new-class-idea-the-warlock.180208/)

    I came up with a new idea. First of all, people could make the argument that an actual gun would be too technologically advanced for wynn's setting; and I both disagree and agree to this. 1st of all, I'm not thinking like a modern gun, I'm thinking more of a steampunk-style, smoke powered double barrel shotgun. Now, this could be seen as too technologically advanced as well, but, look at the builds in corkus. (all steam powered, very industrial buildings, and I think that the gun could maybe even be designed in corkus, wich would be a cool backstory to the class.)

    GENERAL INFO:
    Weapon: A large, steam-powered double barrel shotgun, maybe something like roadhog's gun from Overwatch or graves's gun from League of Legends, something in that style.

    Special Trait:
    the user attacks in a 3 blocks wide range in front of him, almost like a short range, huge damage shotgun shot. This would have crit particles, shaped like a triangle in front of the user, and it would make a dimmed down (so super fast attack speed doesn't burn your ears) explosion noise on attack.

    SPELLS:


    1. double shot:
    (RIGHT-LEFT-RIGHT)


    Grade I:

    The user fires 2 shots at once in a V-shape in front of him, each dealing damage and slowing enemies.

    Stats:
    90% Damage
    40% Fire Damage
    60% Slow
    Cost:
    8 mana
    Range: 7 blocks


    Grade II:
    The user fires 2 shots at once in a V-shape in front of him, each dealing damage and slowing enemies.

    Stats:
    100% Damage
    50% Fire Damage
    10% Air Damage
    65% Slow

    Cost: 7 mana
    Range: 7 blocks


    Grade III:
    The user fires 3 at once shots in front of him, each dealing damage and slowing enemies.

    Stats:
    90% Damage
    50% Fire Damage
    10% Air Damage
    70% Slow

    Cost: 6 mana
    Range: 8 blocks


    + Stacking Pain: After the first bullet hit, additional bullets will deal +10% Damage.


    VISUALS: Smaller explosions in front of the user, wich quickly go out 7-8 blocks.
    SOUND: Exlosion sound at initial cast, dimmed down earth breaking sound while the shots are travelling.


    2. Recoil:

    (RIGHT-RIGHT-RIGHT)


    Grade I:

    The user fires the gun, giving massive recoil, sending the user backwards.

    Stats:
    30% Damage
    20% Air Damage
    Cost:
    6 mana
    Range: 6 blocks backwards


    Grade II:
    The user fires the gun, giving massive recoil, sending the user backwards.

    Stats:

    35% Damage
    25% Air Damage
    Cost: 5 mana
    Range: 7 blocks backwards


    Grade III:

    The user fires the gun, giving massive recoil, sending the user backwards.

    Stats:


    40% Damage
    25% Air Damage
    Cost:
    4 mana
    Range: 8 blocks backwards


    + Grand Escape: Leaves an Explosive behind on cast, wich explodes to blind and freeze enemies hit.

    Stats:
    30% Damage
    15% Earth Damage
    Explosion Size: 5 blocks
    Blind Duration: 2.5 Seconds
    Freeze Duration: 2.5 Seconds



    VISUALS: Explosion particles on cast. The bomb leaves behind a lot of darker smoke particles. (think a smaller smoke bomb)
    NOISE: Explosion noise on cast.


    3. Lock n' Load:
    (RIGHT-LEFT-LEFT)


    Grade I:
    The user Freezes himself, and marks an enemy. Efter a short duration, the user fires a homing shot at the target, dealing massive damage, but leaves the user vulnerable for a long duration.

    Stats:
    450% Damage
    25% Fire Damage
    25% Thunder Damage
    Freeze Duration: 4.5 seconds
    Range:
    14 Blocks
    Cost: 12 mana


    Grade II:
    The user Freezes himself, and marks an enemy. Efter a short duration, the user fires a homing shot at the target, dealing massive damage, but leaves the user vulnerable for a long duration.

    Stats:
    500% Damage
    25% Fire Damage
    25% Thunder Damage
    Freeze Duration: 4.5 seconds
    Range:
    16 Blocks
    Cost: 11 mana


    Grade III:
    The user Freezes himself, and marks an enemy. Efter a short duration, the user fires a homing shot at the target, dealing massive damage, but leaves the user vulnerable for a long duration.

    Stats:
    55
    0% Damage
    30% Fire Damage
    30% Thunder Damage
    Freeze Duration: 4.5 seconds
    Range:
    18 Blocks
    Cost: 10 mana


    + Devastating Shot: Freezes the target for 3 sseconds after the hit.


    VISUALS: a small redstone particle line connecting the user and the target while he'sg charging up his shot, and a fast travelling mini-explosion for the bullet.
    NOISE: Nothing while charging, and an explosion sound for the shot, followed by an earth breaking sound if the shot hits.


    4. Steam Powered Blast:
    (RIGHT-RIGHT-LEFT)


    Grade I:
    The user fires out a smoke shot, knocking back enemies and dealing damage.

    Stats:
    170% Damage
    30% Water Damage
    25% Air Damage
    Knockback:
    5 blocks
    range: 4 Blocks in front of the user
    Cost: 6 mana


    Grade II:
    The user fires out a smoke shot, knocking back enemies and dealing damage.

    Stats:
    210% Damage
    30% Water Damage
    30% Air Damage
    Knockback:
    6 blocks
    range: 4 Blocks in front of the user
    Cost: 5 mana


    Grade III:
    The user fires out a smoke shot, knocking back enemies and dealing damage.

    Stats:
    300% Damage
    30% Water Damage

    30% Air Damage
    Knockback: 6 blocks
    range: 5 blocks in front of the user
    Cost: 4 mana

    + Powerhouse: Grade III gets a huge damage boost, but it knocks the user backwards as well.

    Stats:
    Knockback: 3 blocks backwards


    VISUALS: explosion particles right in front of the user, the knockbacked players leave a trail of smoke behind
    NOISE: Explosion noise.



    So, here's the idea. AND IF ANYONE DARES TO COMPARE THIS TO ANY CLASS, I'LL EAT MY GRANDDAD'S SOCKS. And again, I suck at balancing. So please, if you find it unbalanced, tell me why so I can fix it. But anyway, I hope you like the idea, and if you don't, please let me know. ^^

    But anyway, I know it said "no guns" in the pinned threat, but I think I found a pretty good middle ground. Again, this does not have to be added in, I'm just sharing my ideas :3

    Alright. I read most of the thread. I skipped the damage percentages and stuff because I'm not good with that. Anyway.

    Spell 1 seems kinda dumb
    If I shoot once and they're already slow, why shoot twice?

    Spell 2 is boring
    It's literally a smaller version of charge and escape combined.

    Spell 3 is basically McCree's ulti
    How do i mark an enemy?

    Spell 4 is supposed to be a buff/defense spell
    Warrior has warscream, Mage has ice snake (slow), etc.

    By facing them at the time of cast. This would be pretty hard to do I imagine, but I'm just trying to be creative.

    Spell 4 is supposed to be a buff/defense spell
    Warrior has warscream, Mage has ice snake (slow), etc.
    ahhh... would spell 1 (the slow) count for this? because if so, I could switch them up so spell one is the knockback and 4 is the slow ^^ (and besides, assassin's most damaging spell is the fourth one (smoke bomb), so yeah... )

    Okay, just to point something out completely unrelated to your idea in general, you don't seem to yet know that the word is spelled "which" rather than "wich."
    sorry but this has gone on for too long

    As for your actual suggestion, I'm not terribly good with considering class suggestions, so I'll step out of that bit.

    As I can see, you like to make suggestions and think about what could be added to make the game more fun.
    But first of all, before you create a thread to a suggestion, please, for me, for every other player on wynncraft, think if your idea would really fit into the game or not.
    As of your other post, this blood mage thing or whatever it was, you saw that ppl disliked it. And that is probably not because the idea itself was bad, but the way it was easily presented and ppl (me included) thought you put almost no efford into it. It just seems like your wrote this in a matter of 2 hours and said "Let's post it".
    This is not meant to be a hate, but as of now, none of your suggestions have been extraordinary good. If you put a bit more detail in them, I wouldn't say anything.
    But for example, as stated above, this "Dash" spell seems just like a charge from Warrior.

    But here is why I dislike all of these threads: They seem really bad in general.
    Threads like these, which are not supported very well and seem to lack in quality make ppl like me afraid of the suggestion section and therefor of actually good suggestions. Because as of now, I most of the time think "Nah, not gonna read this, must be another bad suggestion".
    If everyone posted what comes into their head, the most important ppl to read the suggestions - the Admins and other players - wouldn't be able to filter the good ones.

    What I am trying to say is:
    Try to put a bit more effort into your suggestions and don't spam them.
    If one spams 3 suggestions in one week, while the other 2 suggestions of him haven't gotten much support, ppl will most likely ignore it because they think its another bad one. And as I stated above, at some point the REALLY GOOD SUGGESTIONS will NEVER be NOTICED because SUGGESTIONS THAT LACK IN QUALITY or SPAMMED SUGGESTIONS will make people never NOTICE the good ones...


    But that might just be my stupid opinion, after all I am a guy called pikafan99 with a cat profile picture, eh?

    well... Let me just say this: I'm new to this whole forums thing, and I'm still learning. Thank you very much for the info, and I'll be sure to take them into consideration. But, like I said before, I just wanted to give my ideas, but I never tought of it this way. I always see these really cool ideas, wich sometimes even get implemented into the actual game, and I just think to myself: "man... wouldn't it be cool if I was a part in all of that..." I'll try to put more effort into these, and I'll stop spamming them, but if I have an idea, I'm always just so tempted to just post it and see what sticks and what doesn't. I guess that's just my ignorance, and lazyness. Thank you very much, I'll take this into consideration the next time I want to share an idea.

    Why would you want to freeze yourself?
    To deal massive damage. This would lead to the class requiring you to place yourself strategicly, wich would lead to the class being a bit harder

    So just a normal mage attack?

    2. About the freezing, when in pvp or in any intense fighting situation, while frozen you'd be destroyed.
    About the charge, not having an idea for a spell isn't a good excuse.

    For the travel spell, it could be called "recoil" where you fire a shot in front of you and you get propelled backwards
