That's the point, that you don't need to use any exploding items to do some serious AOE damage
And the only rainbow armor/accessories that have exploding that I know of are Paradox and Knucklebones.

 

I guess but once you have around 80% exploding, it doesn’t really matter that much. Not to mention that exploding doesn’t trigger life steal anymore and deals elemental damage. What’s wrong with using a non-rainbow armor/accessory? Aren’t people still triggered by rainbow builds anyway? And again, if exploding is supposed to be the highlight of the weapon, then make it vary so people would be incentived to reroll it or buy another one.

For some things like attack speed and Mana Regen I can understand, but exploding is not an ID that should be guaranteed on every item. It defeats the whole point of having items that are worth more and rerolling items.

I guess, but again, 80% explosion is pretty much the same as 100%. I’m not saying that all of those items have to be less than 100%, just make it not guaranteed. This is how it is for Apocalypse.

 

Pretty sure it isn't. Like the name and lore suggests, it is a very powerful bow, but also very unreliable, with 0-135 in neutral and elemental damages and no powder slots. if you're really unlucky and you do 0 damage from a melee shot or a spell, neither the exploding or damage boost would matter and you would be left vulnerable with depleting health until you can shoot or cast a spell again.

It's not even the main ID of the item though
