    I'm looking for a Nepta Floodbringer build, mainly focused on water spell damage/high mana regen, rather than melee damage. Any builds or item suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Plenty of leftover sp so you can become quite tanky, decent damage for a water weapon.

    15 below 10k health literally unusable
