    Hey people! I was just curious - what would happen if, say, I put on a -130% SP regen Pandemonium? I don't have one, I was just wondering.

    nothing, youre always guaranteed 1 soul point per sunrise
    as additional info, 100% spr will only guarantee a second soul point, and you can never gain a third even with over 100%
    source: i think i tested this like 3 years ago
