    Hey i just started playing this game and the first thing i noticed was that my own skin didn't load and i got some link looking skin on. any idea why that is?

    I guess you mean this skin, your skin should load after a while, just keep playing.
    btw that skin is mojang's alex skin that added kinda recently.

    Actually you need to put on some armour, I guess it's because they didn't update the armour system since armour skins were removed
