Need something with more health, would like to spam spells

I am, it's good and I like the spell spam for when Im XP grinding, the health is just not sustainable for me

Also I really liked having the gale's sight for the less teleport cost. If you update my build I would most likely like gale's sight to stay

 

Try this one. Just a few changes to prioritize health regen over damage while keeping the xp bonus intact.
