Need Help, Quest Do Not Progress

Apparently my tower of ascension quest bugged out. I already finished the entire first floor and the quest simply wont progress. I tried redoing all the floors of the dungeon but it keep asking for me to deliver 10 shards to the floormaster, but i cant' do it because i already finished it.

 

Advance to the second floor, next to the first.

 

I did it and not worked.

 

Just run through each of the individual floors until the game doesn't let you into the next floor. If you can proceed through, say, the entirety of Floor 1 without trouble, then go through Floor 2/3/etc until you do get stopped.

 

i already did this. But it doesn't seems to work.

 

So you're saying you can get through every floor and level without issue? Something's not adding up here.
