Need Help Loading/finding Optifine For Macbook

I'm wanting to get Optifine for my MACBOOK to increase my FPS. And eventually a 5zig (i think).

First of all does it work for Macs,
Second, which version to get...coz when I search "Optifine" their website shows a whole bunch.
Third, I picked one just to see what happens, and it sends me to a blank webpage "adf.ly". I can't proceed from here.
Fourthly, is there a CURRENT YT vid that has a guide on downloading Optifine?

Separately, does 5zig need to be installed BEFORE Optifine?
