    Right now I'm a level 88 archer using maelstrom, I need to replace it, but I can't find anything in my level range that us decent spell damage. I'm a water and air main.

    I would stick with Maelstrom. It is a very good spell fatale bow for water/air mains.

    Wait till return to ether at level 90 tbh
