Mage/Dark Wizard Need a build for Light bender

I need a build for light bender, both for the skill tree and what to wear. I have around 2 stacks of Le to spend. My current set up is
Helm - Pisces
Chest - Stillwater blue
Legs - Chaos-woven greaves
Boots - Ornate shadow cloud
Wand - Nepta floodbringer
Ring - Diamond hydro ring
Ring - Diamond hydro ring
Neck - Royal Stormy amulet
Bracelet - diamond hydro bracelet
PS i just started playing again so this was the build i used prior to the wynncraft 2.0 update

high damage riftbender, with good sustain, ehp is ok i guess, it works better with speed surges for raids
