    I'm buying a maxed out or a very near maxed out Tidal bracelet. The requirements are:
    2/4s Mana Steal
    3 int
    8% water damage

    I will pay 10LE for a completely maxed out one, and 5LE for the minimal requirement just up there. The price goes up somewhat exponentionally as the stats get better.
