Naming Your Armor And Weapons

If i was seeing these boring names on items i have think what would like if you would name those And also i dont know is this has posted before.

Well i have got idea from mythic armor discover. If you dont know what is that its tge chestplate who gives tons of loit bonus. I like to called name money money money $$$/€€€. But i was like to think what if you can name it.


Well. I would have some ideas.


First you need find item Naming merchant. I like yo have 5 of those in all. 2 in wynn. 2 in cavel and 1 in corkus. I would show where they sould be.


WYNN

1. In Nemract at one of houses.
2. In Pirate crove at near scroll merchant.

GAVEL

1. At Llevigar near to potion merchant
2. In Ahmsord in maybe i dont know (because i have never visited in there)

CORKUS

1. In corkus at taking place near powder thingy.

Now i show how that would look.

Its diffrent in what tier you have it would cost that ammount of emeralds

Normal: 1-4
Unigue: 4-20
Rare: 20-48
Legendary: 64-128
Mythic: 256-512
Set: 32-128


Then you ask what name you would like to add your [[weapon/armor]]. Then you write the in sign name like in naming pets.


And then its done.


I like to be think what kind names they put on the weapons and armor.

(just change the font below Gavel to the "none" font)

 

It would be confusing af tho.
Also it doesn't make sense to have a merchant to change an item's name

 

I'd have to disagree. In changing the name of gear, you disregard the legends, personality, properties, and smiths attributed to each piece of equipment.

Doesn't seem like it would happen, but people are dumb. It's just inviting scammers to try new things. Beyond that, it's also a giant middle finger to any sense left in Wynn, and basically disregarding any connections with the lore of the item. I mean, imagine an item named "Blockmaster 9001" with Alkatraz's lore. Doesn't really fit anymore

 

I cant wait to sell a random air wand named "warp" for 40 stax of LE

 

or rename the most memest warp a wurp

 

I think that if custom named weapons were between quotes then it would avoid a lot of scamming and this suggestion would be 10/10.

Example: A oak wand renamed to Pure would be "Pure", and the real mythic would be Pure.

now adding this would cause a few issues
1: f*ck the gms
2: scamming
3: break lore
the idea is nice (id like it) but it does not fit the wynn theme

Other than what's already been said, the biggest problem might be that it is impossible. I think it was in an interview with salted or grain or something, that it was mentioned that the name of the weapons were connected with the reqirements and/or the stats of the item. This was so that all the items with the same name could be changed at once, instead of the team having to change them indiviualy. So ye, might be impossible
