They did before the update, they go for several stacks more now

 

not from what i have seen , even after the update i havent seen a grandmother go over 2.5 stax

I've been trying to buy a bad freedom but I haven't seen anyone sell one for 2.5 stacks.

 

I'm pretty sure an apoc with maxed life steal and 100% exploding should go for at least 4 stacks.
