health > hpr > hpr% (ws stays on top ofc)

and revenant's health stat isn't as important considering the boots base health is already huge for EA, already going for 2nd most health boots if you only take the base health. Furthermore, rev got a lot of uses so it depends on what you want to use it for (melee, ws, -4th cost, just for the reflecc, etc.)

edit: again it depends of the build but some prefer mr on borrrreal over the hpr, although it is a few people who use it as mr boots its still worth noting imo

 

thunder damage can be important too

thunder damage's important even here

 

I wrote "or" and then thunder stats

while you usually focus more on raw spell with water weapons (lower base) you focus more on % dmg with thunder weapons

if you dont need the massive hpr % it's not worth going for boreal in every build I know. Just use resu

you really dont need much mana in a standard EWF spring build (1 mana storm, 1 mana bomb)
and in WFA spring you also dont need much mana (2 mana storm, 1 mana bomb)

(and TWA spring also gets 2 or 1 mana storm, 1 mana bomb)
