1. Finhacka lök och stek i neutral olja till mjuk. Låt svalna.
2. Blanda ströbröd med gräddmjölk och ägg. Krydda med salt och peppar. Låt svälla i 5 minuter. ...
3. Lägg smeten i spritspåsar och spritsa ut på bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda i 250 grader ugn tills köttbullarna fått fin färg, ca 8 minuter.
