Description/Explanation: I made it hard af to tier abuse on purpose but it still gets decent damage (and has bad spell on purpose too). it gets very similar damage with T6T6 vs E6E6 powders so it's up to the user to choose whether they want chain/quake but the life steal encourages chain. and obviously its gimmick is you get no def/agi

Explanation: In a nutshell, the wand itself is meant to be a spell/tank wand. The damage itself is not too high, considering that it's divided into 3 elements (+the raw spell) which is compensated by the tanky side of this wand.
