The reason I made this is because I wanted a wand that has high damage, and has a unique play style. You could probably achieve insane amounts of damage because there are so many water-air armor that boosts damage, which is why I made it glassy.(The - ele def & - health.) Lore: How can this even exist? A strange feeling, holding literally nothing in your hands. It seems to drain your energy... your personality... your abilities... merging into a preternatural cloud of energy...
Explanation: Basically a normal weapon for spellspam. The negative damage IDs counter elemental damage from speels while also making heals much weaker, which becomes even more a problem as it has -health regen.
The base dps is quite high, but it cannot be boosted through elemental damage%.
