What's the use of the Attack tier increase if it's already Super fast?

More mana steal and less walk speed would fit better. Walk is associated with air, and should not have a higher walk speed than weathered. + Tier attack speed here is useless. Damage should be better, more like 50-400 or something.

 

Having extra attack tiers means you can tack on items with -1 attack speed like Silkweb Mail and Clock pants with impunity.

 

Yes but if you don't have pieces of armor with -Attack speed tier, its useless

My post had nothing to do with you being gone.

It was taking your point of "If you don't have this, it's useless" and putting it in to a different perspective.

Basically, if you want to use the + Tier Attack Speed, you can. If not, it's not a negative, so who cares?

Needs a better lore.
Life steal, Posion, and Dam. need to be buffed.

 

I'm pretty sure that if you go above super fast attack speed, it still buffs your spells but a lot less than something like super slow to very slow

 

Super Fast speed is the absolute limit, same with Super Slow.

Also, the ID variances don't work like that. It's a variance of 30-130% on the positive ID's and a variance of 70% to 130% on the negative ID's. Come up with your averages now.
