    Some people either don't receive the totems or they don't receive the crates. I'm not even sure what triggers this issue with certain players, but all I know is that it's a weird bug that doesn't seem to have a definite fix yet.

    Just be patient and eventually they will release a fix to this issue. Also, if you haven't contacted the support email yet, it might be worth doing. It may fix something while you wait for this to be fixed.
