My Quest Is Glitch Need Help

I was doing the Hollow Sirene quest and i was at the cave part where you need to go get ear muffs after and some how i was lagging and i waked through the tunnal and then i herd a wearwolf sound then i got tped back out and the quest books said Investigate the supernatural cave and i couldnt do the next part of the quest bc i needed the ear muffs. Can an admain reset the quest or give me the ear muffs. Please and thank you

 

Are you not able to still try and get the earmuffs before going back into the tunnel?
