Thats a good start, but due its pretty maxed(Health regen 3 off max, reflection 4 off max, max mana regen) I would say about 2 LE :-)

 

1LE then. The Intel stats is too low - for 1.5LE i wud buy if intel pts. were 7+. Sory i don care much for health regen
