-Warrior or Assassin (give weapon options for both?)
-I want to use Anima-Infused helmet for a high power spell damage build. I'd like positive elemental defenses, at least 10k health, and at least 8/4 mana regen. Both mono and dual element weapons are fine, just keep it to fire/water/thunder. Positive/high walkspeed is a preference but not a must.
-I'll be using this mostly for casual nether pvp, this doesn't need to compete with mythics and poison cactus, but I want a chance against mostly everything else.
-No Hive master items other than Anima, no Mythics, LI items are fine but don't work in the nether (give alternatives), elemental hive items might be fine (I still have vouchers), dungeon items are fine, sp bonus items (prism/vaward/etc) are fine as long as I don't need close to max sp total.

For Assassin use Manna, For Warrior use Infidel.
This build, Is probably the best one I have ever made, And is most likely the water meta.

Tanky lvl 93 build ( i know you said you only do lvl 100 but do it for the vine ) that can solo ToA, no mythic, and no multiple hive? (PvE, spell damange)

edit: i forgot to put class, it's warrior

 

You forgot to say which class this is for, and whether you're going for an elemental tank or a fire/health tank. Also, soloing ToA at level 93 should be fairly easy - you're supposed to complete it at around level 75.

Soloing Qira & Legendary Island with Assassin and no mythics... Jeez man.
I doubt it's even possible, An least you're using Skill Potions...
But HERE's the best I could do (Basically Jacky's Apocalypse with Wall Breaker).
Should solo Qira easily, Can't be sure about Legendary Island.
If you can get rage on all of your armor do it.
Keep in mind you need good skill points IDs for this build to work, If you happen to get any extras put them on defense.

Replace Virgo with Hive Boots and you basically have a 10/10 build.
Maybe replace one Prism with Summa if you can.
